This page contains historical information of rainfall and temperature of Delhi. The page has following three modules
 
1.	Rainfall and Temperature Information: - This module provides rainfall and temperature information 
of two stations in Delhi - Safdarjung Airport and Palam Airport based on daily data of last 40 years(1971 to 2010).
 
Following information in respect of rainfall, maximum temperature and minimum temperature is provided in this 
module for a period between any two selected dates.

Frequency of Rainfall in different ranges is also given.

After clicking on this link the user may select a station from the right most tab in the displayed window. Then 
select the time period (For example 01 June to 15 July) from the FROM and TO tabs and click FIND to display the 
required information. 

2.	Probability of Rainfall :-  This module provides probability of rainfall for a selected date or a period 
between two selected dates for two stations in Delhi - Safdarjung Airport and Palam Airport.  The mode of selection 
of station and a date or a time period is the same as under module 1 above.

 
3.	Averages  and Extremes :-   This module provides the averages and all time records (Extremes) of rainfall 
and temperature. The data used here is of the Meteorological Observatory at Safdarjung Airport, New Delhi which is the 
reference observatory for New Delhi.
 
The following information is provided on this module for different months.
 
	Extremes:- 
.	Heaviest Rainfall in 24 hours with date and year.
.	Total Rainfall in wettest month with year
.	Highest maximum temperature with date and year
.	Lowest minimum temperature with date and year 
	Averages:- 
.	Total Rainfall of the month
.	Number of days with rainfall >=2.5 mm
.	Number of days with rainfall >=0.3 mm
.	Mean Maximum temperature 
.	Mean Minimum temperature
 
After clicking on this link the user have to select the month and click on find to get the desired information.
